Corrigan Law Office is the solo practice of George R. Corrigan.

Mr. Corrigan focuses his practice on working closely and extensively with a few select clients.  His objective is to assist each client in improving the long term bottom line by protecting existing product lines, working with ongoing R&D, and anticipating future markets.

Mr. Corrigan is licensed to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office, and writes, files and prosecutes domestic patents.  He has working relationships with quality patent attorneys located and licensed in many countries around the world, and supervises the filing and prosecuting of clients' foreign patents by these attorneys.

Additionally, when necessary he helps clients compete in the market place while avoiding competitors' patents.

Mr. Corrigan has experience in open records law and assisting clients when government agencies refuse to meet their obligations under the law.

Mr. Corrigan has experience in land use law and serves on boards and commissions related to land use.


LEGAL EXPERIENCES:
Mr. Corrigan has written and prosecuted hundreds of patent applications, primarily relating to power supplies, controls, and high speed equipment.  Many of these patent applications related to complex systems involving multiple inventions.

He participated in 3 jury trials, 2 bench trials, and numerous lawsuits that settled before trial.

He has successfully helped clients overcome government agencies that are reluctant to meet their open records obligations.
